    [Error Code] WC 4150 with Error Code 09-700.00

    Hello everyone.
    I have a client with a WorkCentre 4150 that is displaying Error Code 09-700.00 on start up 50% of the time and the other 50% of the time it will go to "Ready" and print fine for several copies and then the 09-700.00 code is displayed. I am a Ricoh tech so I am not as knowledgeable on the Xerox line. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

      I figuered it out

      I figured out what was causing the error code, it seems the front door was broken by the client when they attempted to change the toner cartridge. The door has a small loop molded into it near the right hinge that the right side cover locks into the front cover. The machine has no switch for the front cover and there for can not know if the toner cartridge has be change. In turn causing code 9-700

        I have exactly the same problem: Error Code 09-700.00 + front door broken.
        How could you solve the problem?
