DC 12 Cobra fiery hard disk issue

hi every one this is my first post ........
i used a DC 12 with cobra fiery.... 2 days back suddenly fiery stopped ....technician told me that hardisk corrupted so brought new installed hardisk but it is also not working..... tried ping with a IP but nothing happened... is it possible that with new Hard disk IP also changes and if it is yes then how to find OR How replace it in a Machine
