What do i need to get this machine to scan to pc and scan to e-mail.
There is no option available on the ui. I can print to ,it but no scanning.

go to web page (IP address in IE)-properties-you need to set SMTP and DNS (for company SMTP server IP is good enough). dont forget : sysadmin user :"admin", password "1111". Email for machine in same domain is recommendable.
for SMTP server with authentication you need existing Email + password in appropriate fields.
most popular smtp-s in Montreal are smtp10.bellnet.ca and relais.videotron.ca
for scan to PC you have choice: smb, ftp or cantreware services. smb is quite easy. it use win share but for win7 you need to check previous post in this forum.
