    XEROX workcentre 7665

    Greetings Folks,

    I have a Xerox Workcentre 7665 and I am trying to reset the admin password back to default 1111, I would like to please ask if anyone can tell me how to get into "PWS Diagnostic Mode " to Reset dC327 Pin Reset.

    The customer returned equipment but had changed the admin password.

    I am familiar with the UI Diagnostic Mode but the Pin reset is not under that menu.

          dC327 routine will NOT reset the customer's password back to a default of "1111", if the system software version is at 040.033 .xxxxx (Lexington) level
