    [Error Code] workcentre 7345 error code 009-349

    2nd btr error code, now shows grayed out copy function, need nvm reset i think before it will return copy function, no diagnostics tools to get code if that is the problem, any help is appreciated

    • <LI id=svc.imper.0000257313>Clean the 1st BTR Retract Sensor ( PL 5.4) and check for damage.
    • Check the 1st BTR Worm Gear and Retract Shaft ( PL 5.4) for breakage.

    In sequence, enter the following: Component Control [009-054] then dC330 [009-055].
    The 1st BTR contacts and retracts. Yes No Unanswered
    There is +24VDC from P/J539-A16 on the I/F PWB to GND. Yes No Unanswered
    Go to the +24 VDC Wirenets and troubleshoot the problem.


    Check the wires between P/J539 and P/J237 on the 1st BTR Retract Motor for opens, shorts, or loose connections. If the wires are OK, replace the 1st BTR Retract Motor ( PL 5.4). If the problem continues, replace the MCU PWB ( PL 13.1). If the problem continues, replace the I/F PWB ( PL 9.1).


    Stack Component Control input codes [004--014] (1st BTR Retract Sensor Power) and [009-203] (1st BTR Retract Sensor). Then, in sequence, enter the following: Component Control [009-054] then dC330 [009-055].
    The 1st BTR Retract Sensor changes state. Yes No Unanswered
    Check the circuit of the 1st BTR Retract Sensor ( PL 5.4).


    Replace the MCU PWB ( PL 13.1).

      drum assy does not rise properly (in the left side). Verify left side for misaligned (rising assy with 2nd BTR).
