    7132 error 092-310

    I have a 7132 in shop and it's on T&M with xerox, so I wanted to see if there was a way I can clean the machine as I'm sure it's a toner problem.

    Before coming to work the machine ran out of Magenta toner and a guy at work tried putting it in. When inserted the machine kept asking for it so he kept pulling it out and pushing it in. He got it to recognize but the prints came out with magenta toner everywhere!!! After a few hours of magenta prints I got the 092-310. It would come and go with a restart but now it's always there. service manual or a procedure I can try to clean it will help greatly.

    try this:

    "When NVM 752-094 is set to “1”, the NVM 752-121 needs to be cleared to “0”. When, NVM 752-121 is cleared to “0”, NVM 752-094 will be automatically cleared to “0”. Then, the fault code 092-310 can be cleared." from Edoc
    clean ADC sensor or check M dev assy "shutter-replenish" (entrance for toner on dev box you can see it when toner cartridge is out ). maybe your gay have it broken.
    if you ran it long long time try to reset NVM.

      the reset will clear the fault but if the machine does not have the correct magenta toner/ dev mixture it will return after several copies. Solution replace the magenta dev tank and fresh dev
