need more info like is your machine booting up normally , does it take longer time at any particular dot's? are you able to ping the dc3535a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one -

I think I can help...we have this machine....Once the machine fully boots up then press the key button on the conttrol panel, enter passcode, then go tot system settings, then go to system settings again, then go to network settings, then go to set all of your ip numbers etc....exit out of there fully, the machine will re-bot....then try to ping it....you can call me if you want...704-333-3977 ask for DavidComment

It is on manual IP mode. No i it is not connecting with workstation. When we start machine on 4th dot it takes 4 to 6 minute to boots. on going to system setting protocol set in not activeComment
