I'm pretty new with this phaser 8560 and unfortunately it seems very complicated and not too user friendly so I'm hoping someone with some know how on this think may be able to offer some help
We have to print on a W 4.00 x H 5.375 size paper. very long and frustrating story made short we think we've discovered that we need to manually set our paper size into the printers control panel where it indicates 'paper tray setup', then 'tray 1 paper'.
there is no correct size so we have to enter 'new custom size' and try to input the size we need.
The printer can print as small as 3"x5" so you'd think it would be simple but we're unable to get the printer to allow us to enter in the size we need.
the first time we tried it wouldn't accept any width smaller than 8.37" (appoximately, i didn't write it down)
then after some unknown adjustment we made it's letting us adjust the width any from 4.11" to 5.38", but we need 4.00"
Does anyone know what we may be missing here as to why the printer won't let us go smaller?
any help would be very appreciated.
