[Electrical] copycenter 238 goes blank when powerd up again

customer says the machine has to be reloaded with info afer they have powered it down and up again,they try to never turn it off but cant help when it does.
I am not too familiar with xerox but like a good neighbor I have offered to help....

I am going to see the machine myself but it seems like the user programs .

as it is a copycentre then it is just a stanalone copier so all the users defaults settings will be save in tools.
