Thanks nilak, but i think the issue is a little beyond that, because it did not start after changing any drum....its like the machine was working fine and the next minute the problem started. I think, according to the user, a job was sent to it but when it was taking too long to print, he felt the file was too large. He therefore tried to delete the job and recycle machine power...next the fault came up on switching it back on.
I've tried to do stuffs like NVRAM restore/resset; tech fault resset, but no success, i think its a software related problem. Any further assistance will be appreciated, thanks.DgtalComment

Nilak hi, thanks again for this. It seem like the solution 'cos i think the snippet sets the NVRAM parameter to recognize the correct Phaser 7760 Imaging Units. What i found is just an 82 byte file, could this be it? Well, i downloaded it, but how do i use it...any idea?? ThanksDgtalComment
