[Misc] Network Scanning on Workcentre PRO 65

The Xerox Centreware version 10.56.00 is installed on the desktop and the add scanner wizard has been run which added the printer/scanner successfully (followed Xerox's instructions). The PC is showing as the document server with IP address 192.168.1.103.21 which is updated and showing in the template. We are able to read/write in the destination folder and it is shared on the network with access given to the printers username "Scan" on the PC. The login credentials are correct and the centreware network scanning utility is running on the PC "server". Ping tests show communication between the printer and the PC. We are able to print to the printer but when we try to scan using the scan to PC profile it's giving an error of "Unable to connect to remote server". Does anyone have any thoughts or insight on

My office has Xerox Phaser 6180MFP and I have the exact same problem! Today I found a Xerox manual for different printer/scanner with the set using log on 11111 and password admin-1. Going to try that tomorrow. Carl
