Usernames and passwords have been verified a dozen times. It accepts the usernames and passwords through the add scanner wizard but then rejects the logins when scanning back to the PC. Even when logging into the GUI interface to change the template settings we can't get it to authenticate to Windows XP Pro or Windows 7. Tried using the workgroup name first then the username.

in an empty browser window, type in the ip adresse.....you should see the scan files there
