[Jamming] Xerox workcentre M20i Jamming

Customer brought in a Xerox workcentre M20i Jamming from tray 2. cleaned rollers tested OK. Now they brought it back and it's jamming from both trays It either jams just past the drum or halfway through the fuser. I cleaned all rollers sensors, initially was ok but with further testing it still jams very frequently but not always. Can someone who has experienced this give me an idea. Thank You

Fuser exit switch is sticking common with this model
replace the switch and all will be good
