[Error Code] Xerox DC C240 generating error codes

Hello, Firstly thank you for your time. I am getting error codes on my Xerox DC C240 Photocopier which has rendered the device un-workable. The exact error is:
    A Fault has occured.
Please switch the machine off and on.
If the problem persists please conact service provider.

There are 2 error codes it generates when it boots up and they are:
    1. 016 311
    2. 121 350

Any assistance on this would greatly appreciated as I cannot find anything on google. thank you.

    1. 016 311

1.1 Cables from the card cage to the DFE and scanner are switched, or the scanner cable is connected to the DFE port (copier only configuration). The ends of the cables are the same size and configuration. Connect the cable or cables properly. The data cable from the card cage to the Fiery controller is a rigid cable and may be white, gray or charcoal gray in color. The data cable from the scanner is flexible, gray in color and has a ferrite core on it.

1.2 Fault code 16-311 , exposure lamp does not work ,DADF input tray does not work , there are 12v and 24v on IIT/IPS but fans do not work. Replace IIT/IPS board

    2. 121 350

Sorry no info on this one

      121-350 Foreign Interface Logic Fail
Due to an error during the software processing, the subsequent processes cannot be performed.
      Procedure
      CAUTION
Do not attempt to troubleshoot this circuit by jumpering the Transmit Data or Receive Data
lines (P343 pins 4 ~ 6 on the ESS PWB). This will destroy the serial port on the ESS PWB.
NOTE: Refer to Figure 1 (Circuit Diagram).
Switch the power off, then on. The problem continues.
      Y N
Check for loose connections or dirty contacts between the ESS PWB and the Foreign
Interface, and between the FI and the attached device.
Switch off the power. Disconnect the device from the FI. Connect a jumper from pin 1 to pin 3
on J940 on the Foreign Interface. Switch on the power. The fault code is still present.
      Y N
Repair or replace the Foreign Device.
      Reinstall the ESS software.
If the problem continues, replace the Foreign Interface (PL 10.3)
If the problem continues, replace the ESS PWB (PL 13.1).
