I have a problem in a workcentre 428, in lcd printer panel is *********, what can i do?

hi! open the door on left side of machine, this door have a big screw, inside you will find a "notebook" hdd, disconect from machine and try power on machine again. this hdd is used only for print purposes, the machine can work without it. if you use secure print, you maybe need a new hdd.

Did you tried to remove the hdd from machine and turn on without hdd conected to?

YES, is the first action what i did, the second action was replace the printer assembly from another machine.
