Strange output from DC3535 with CREO RIP

    Hi,
My DC3535 gives some weird ouptut from my CREO RIP, see the attached scan of a print, they all look more or less the same. It started a few days ago intermittently, I'd restart the printer and the RIP and the problem would go but come back maybe the next day. This morning after calibration (which worked fine) it hasn't done a good print from the CREO.

It photocopies fine and I've now attached the bustled Fiery I have on an idle 3535 I have and that works fine so it's obviously something to do with either the CREO itself or the cables from the CREO (I've tried reseating the cables without luck).

    Any help highly appreciated.

      Thanks David, will do.
Forgot to say that the preview in the CREO is correct

Yes, clean the connectors on the RAM, the cable and all cards on the motherboards with contact cleaning product.

I had that A LOT until I realised that some of the drums were really stiff to turn, we reassembled the drums so that they turned more easily, problem gone! Check your drums.
Another time, deepesh, open a new thread for your questions, particularly when it's unrelated to the one you're posting in

very big chance the cables from rip to the machine are bad. try just moving them about.. twist them a little bit ..
