Dear,

Ive just Changed Charge Corotron Without R1 Drum.
After a short time Charge Corotron came to 5% and now My machine in Windows PC apears to me OFFLINE, from the Printer Scaner I can make copies and it works File,

How is possible to delete that error and to have my machine online without changing Charge Corotron?

Did you tried to change printer status to online.

Yes I did. From my MAC OSX Snow Leopard i dont have that problem.
I can Print from my MAC but from my Windows Xp Machine NOT..!!

I have tried,
This is very strange, when I give a job from mac or xerox scanner during the print of that job, the printer on the windows xp become to ONLINE then I can give anything to print, when the print finished the printer in Windows Xp become OFFLINE.

This happens allways when the charge corotron mebome less than or equal to 5%.

My Service guy before some months he deleted the error so I can print without changing the charge corotron (5%).
