DocuColor 12 image problem

Hi. I have a problem on this machine. Basically when I do these types of copies:

the machine does not allow me to do so because of the block that is on the banknotes and stamps. But I do not want to photocopy the notes! But unfortunately I read those images as if they were notes and I can not make a copy! You can remove this block?

Hi friend. I have a problem with margins. The other day my technician have enabled the option to print full page. Now I want to delete. What is it? He entered with "0 +6789" if I remember correctly.

Now my machine has 2 problems:
1) The color gray is printed yellow!
2) On the bottom side of the copy the colors are lighter than the upper side.

Solutions?

Clean/change Corona assy, and do Max Setup!

I have left the problem of light gray that is printed in yellow! How can I fix it? What settings should I set the machine in diagnostics? thank you very much
