Can anyone help me out with a Xerox ColorQube 9201. I am getting an error code 099-604. Also how do you Clear the fault history?

You can get into the machine using 'admin' as your password and 1111 as your password. let me know if you have any luck.

true, just ask...have samples. bad flaw of Xerox 9201 and is not included by Xerox salesperson.
