Xerox 4110 and EXP 4110 no connection

I had a workind EXP4110 with a Xerox 4110 in german. I wanted to change the language so I reinstalled the Fiery with version 1.1 but now the Fiery tell me constantly to shutdown the 4110. The 4110 itself is running version 1.223.1. It used to work but the only thing which was wrong was the language for me.

Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

On the machine i get this problem:

127-213 External Print I/F Mismatch

Description

Service Fail. External Print IF Mismatch. The Controller detected the mismatch with the I/F version notified from the DFE.


Procedure

• Match the software versions of DFE and ESS.
