Docucolor 242 distance measurement

Hi,
I have a Docucolor 242 and command workstation 5. When i get a PDF in inches (8 x 11) i want to see the file converted tot A4 (dutch measurement). I saw in CW5 that there is an option to "convert paper sizes" (at this moment the setup option to change it is greyed out so how can i change it?).
I use a PS driver (XP).
Can someone give me an advice?

changing measurement

I saw that you can alose change the preferences by the preferences option in CW5, do you know the difference between the change of settings in CW5 and change of preferences??

Changing the preferences through CW5 only changes the 'default' settings of the print driver preferences.
The print driver settings will overide the settings in CW5
