Earlier this week our Workcentre rebooted itself and came back on as if it had just been installed. Counters reset and everything. Since we own the machine that's not a big deal but in so doing it no longer lets us use network scanning. The only option enabled is copying.
We have all the CDs, guides etc. but can't figure out how to reenable. On the machine itself all the "Service Enablements" are grayed out. We can print access through its IP address in our browser but don't know where to go from there.
Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
