    Workcentre 7665: Codes

Does anyone out there know where I can find the service codes for our Workcentre 7665?

We've checked everything we know to check but our machine keeps coming up with 42.326.00.

    Thanks,
    J

I'll do that as soon as I get the Service Manual. Thanks so much for thinking of that.

did you manage to sort out the error, since purchasinga new belt without performing cleaning of the ibt frame and ibt belt silver reflector is not economical.let me know if u managed then i see how to help u out

if you already replaced belt dont scrap it. you can remade the patch with reflecttive foil from drum or toner pacages and apporpriate glue (polycyanoacrylate or " crazy glue" is not good) if you can find polietilen-tereftalat with Al foil is beter- it is used in some capacitors and orangerie...usualy the buil up on tension rollers are in cause. cleane them in each remouval of belt.

Actually, I got pulled away from this. I'm not sure what i did to enter diagnostics mode last time (I thought it was 0 + START but that's not working now) but I think I need to reset the NVM location 741-105 to 0 (I need to figure how to do that, too) - busy day for me...
