Docucolor 240

For the past week my docucolor 240 has been printing random pink dots on my color pages. Is there something that I need to clean, or is it more internal?

sounds like magenta developer housing not a user replaceable item

toner dispense unit or dev housing like ct copier say. take out M drum and try allocate toner accumulated pockets (some build ups on the frame) cleaned will be only temporary solution. usually it is dev housing or faulty drum itself.
