resetting admin user and password

Good afternoon.
Can you help me out?
I have a workcentre 24 and the user and password has been changed and forgotten.
I have tried the default 11111 and nothing. Is there a way to get into service mood and reset all passwords???

Enter UI Diagnostic Mode.Press the Access button on the Control Panel
System Settings, Common Settings, then Diagnostics.
Select NVM Read/Write.
Enter 700-171 and press Confirm/Change. You can set the location to the default value (11111)
