WC M55 front door open + top cover open on output device messages

Did you have 03-480 and 09-060 faults in history?

The only problem I see with that is what about the top cover open on output device message. That would mean two separate door switch problems and why would machine go into ready after just powering down and then back up? Frank

Sounds like a flaky front door interlock switch. I had a similar problem on my machine where the door said it was open and the waste container door open. replaced the front door interlock and that was it.

Customer says these messages appear but customer turns off power and on again and machine goes into ready. I doors were really open machine would not go into ready. There seems to be a jamming problem which I am wondering may be caused by possible false door open signals. I'm going there next week. Any tips are appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy.
