    Xerox work centre pro 128 password problem- Scan to PC

    I have a client that wants the scan to PC and when I go thru Cenre Ware and try to create new templates etc. it has a unknown password when you want to apply the update. Instead of admin and 1111, Xerox's default, somebody put in a hotmail address for a logon and nobody knows the password...How can I change the password back to factory default?

    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

    You need to enter diagnostic mode!
    0 keep pressing for 5 seconds and press the start button.
    password: 6789 inverse mode.
    key press the button, system, password reset!
    Then turn off, turn on and you will go to the web site center ware!
