    Xerox 5665 Memory Full

I have had this one thrown in my lap. It will scan documents in feeder and then say memory full. I understand I may have to enter diagnostics mode for the memory reset. What is the proper procedure for this? I am mostly Kyocera and Xerox wide format so not sure of any procedures. Thanks in advance for your help.

I think I may have posted this in the wrong room.....This is the xerox room though. Ok I ran a full Image overwrite and it timed out after about 2 hrs. It still has a problem scanning documents. I would be really impressed if after the 39 hits on my post that somebody would have at least some form of help. Thank ya so much.

thanks dude. I am not 100% sure where your asking to delete or where to find this. Not really familiar with this model. Help is greatly appreciated.

How much EPC memory does it say on the configuration report, should be at least 1GB. Re-seat the memory in the tray at the rear of the machine.

thx tech9 for your reply. I am not certain of the amount of memory from report, but I have pulled out print board and did reseat the two memory sticks with no luck. Just curious is this the memory boards that the scanned documents are stored on and if so can this simply be cleared?
