Hi. Copier indicated error 009-439. I think that problem with BTR. Is it true?. Anybody help me?

Service manual not have this error, may be you mistake. May be you meant 009-349 The 1st BTR did not reach the retract position.

yes. It was my mistake. You are right. I cleaned all of sensors on the BTR and checked gears and shafts but still have error. Maybe need to make reset. How can i do it?

input codes [004--014] (1st BTR Retract Sensor Power) and [009-203] (1st BTR Retract Sensor).
Then, in sequence, enter the following: Component Control [009-054] then dC330 [009-055]
Check The 1st BTR Retract Sensor changes state?

009-349 1st BTR Retract
The 1st BTR did not reach the retract position.
Procedure: In sequence, enter the following: Component Control [009-054] then dC330 [009-055].
Check the wires between P/J539 and P/J237 on the 1st BTR Retract Motor for opens, shorts, or loose connections. If the wires are OK, replace the 1st BTR Retract Motor ( PL 5.4). If the problem continues, replace the MCU PWB ( PL 13.1). If the problem continues, replace the I/F (MDD) PWB ( PL 9.1).
Stack Component Control input codes [004--014] (1st BTR Retract Sensor Power) and [009-203] (1st BTR Retract Sensor). Then, in sequence, enter the following: Component Control [009-054] then dC330 [009-055].

The 1st BTR Retract Sensor changes state.
