WC 7665 - 2 problems - Diag mode and Initialization resetting

Hi,

1. Every time I turn on the WC7665 it makes me go through the initialization process (enter phone number, etc.) then it needs to reboot then it's good to go. I have to do this EVERY time I turn it ON.
2. Also have to have SMM card in place to load all services.

I'm running 40.32 software version - if that helps.

I already own the service manual but don't see repair options

Any thoughts?

Well, perhaps you could say where in the manual because, as I stated, I do not see it. Wouldn't it have easier and nicer to have just put something USEFUL in your post or just ignore it?

Well seeing that I didn't have my pws in front of me I figured it was in the manual
As for something useful reading the manual is useful
Helps to understand the machine. So be a tech and READ
