This DC252 with professional finisher and bustled fiery has this rather strange finisher jam. If you make copies or machine internal prints, it goes through the finisher very smoothly. But every print jobs (that has to go through the fiery) and even the start up page jams in the decurler of the finisher. Why??

Hi have you reloaded the fiery software?I had one today that stoped scanning.It scan the doc and say completed.But never gets to the scan file.Reloaded software and all good now.Comment

Hi the software comes with the machine.Its 3 cd's .The first cd will give instr on how to reload software and to patches from the xerox.com site must be installed.(1-u85e58 and 1-z4e66)Comment
