Scanning problem

Guys...Does anyone encountered problem in scanning at xerox 3100 mfp? This is newly installed. No trouble code flashing. It can print. It seems like the scanner is stock up, but I calibrate the scanning.....Its ok..When I copy, the scanner just move a little bit. Same thing happens when I scan. Any information will be greatly appreciated...Tnx in advance..

Do you check the drive belt for scan cariage.mybee there is a problem in drive.

The scaner trying to find white balance bar but can't to do it. There is trouble in CCD. If you have warranty you can change scaner unit completely. It is very common problem. Every second unit is defective.
