Light Copies and Prints on WC 7346

Machine was giving very light black copies but good color. After checking the DV units, it gave 09-391 code and prints had a fair magenta background.
After dismantling and assembly, the code and magenta backgrond are gone but both black and color prints are very light. Image on IBT looks okey. IOT NVM was once initialised and settings from Nvm list in T1 were reloaded. please help.

Check that the lift assembly is correctly latching down, i had the same problem black would come out faint but color okay. If the lift assembly jumps a teeth or two you will get these weird cq issues.
