Password reset Xerox Document Centre 250

I need to conduct a password reset on a Docu centre C250. I have tried the default username (11111) and password (x-admin), but with no joy and I need to reconfigure this system.

Is there a way to set all the printer settings back to default?

DC250 is older model and do not need password, 11111, username x-admin. In printer iot side, go to menu, explore arrows down/up look for maintenance mode, then at initialisation, there are 3 selection. initialise NVRam, Init Hard Disk and System Reset. hope this will answer your query. At iit side you can enter service by pressing and holding 0 button for almost 8 sec then press Start button. This will change the background darker display.

It is asking for a username and password. I cannot see maintenance mode.

Are there any other techniques?

I just have a copy or scan screen with options within each.

hold down 0 for 10sec. press start while holding on to 0.
the screen should turn darker blue.
key in chain 20 function 85 . then start button . press restart at screen. system show reset to default.
