Error 042-327

I reset NVM 741-105 to 0
have cleaned the sensor and the patch
IBT assembly was dropped but I cannot find any damage sensor moves smoothly looks good

belt is showing some curling at edges normal type wear
cleaned entire unit
cannot run edge learn it errors out before it will run
or runs with errors

is 741-105 the NVM chain to be reset
what am i missing guys

Oh I did get a 042-326 before but it cleared itself
machine was moved by a customer and I get to fix it oh happy happy joy

check the silver patch on ibt might be it is damadge or check belt if it has curve then it will not toch allignment sensor lever and code will appear. you can also check sensor in diagostic.

IU was thinking about the curl
so the sensor has to touch the patch and the belt has to be over the sensor? Just trying to understand these monsters better
