Xerox Docucolor 2045 Subsystem Fault 9-343

Hi,

I have a xerox 2045 with a 9-343 fault code. I think It has to do with the IBT belt or IBT belt motor. Can anyone provide me with some help on this?? or possibly a diagram of the Transfer belt unit.

Is there a way to reset error code 9-343 without a laptop??? can it be done though service mode??
