    Xerox Pro 255 "System unavailable"

    I have Xerox WC Pro 255. During the initialization I am getting a message "System unavailable. Do not power down until the power down message appears
    Communication error Try powering down then on again
    Please call for assistance if problem persists"
    I need some support. I think that probably NVRAM has been corrupted. Can you please tell me what I can do? After some retries with reset button and removale of battery of the software module I had access in service mode but when I trie to access the "dC routine" it asks me for a password. Do you have any idea what I have to do because all the passwords that I posses is no more available due to NVRAM corruption. How to load the system on the machine?
