it never does! I also have the same problem. in "NVM setting" are the parameters to change the margins. I've changed but I do not solve a lot!

replace the reg clutch and check and make sure the document lines up on the computer.

Does it line up if you copy a test chart duplex from the platen glass (not the DADF). If this is OK it will not be the reg clutch or machine engine components
