    i had the same problem in 3 machines in one of them the battery of the NVM was dead less of 2.80 VDC in other was the SIP board IS AFFECTED and the last one, the software is corrupted in all probles i had to reload the system

      OK I performed upgrade and the message "System Unavailable" it appeared again. I changed software module and performed upgrade and the same. Any other idea?

        First enter in diagnostic mode and check which fault code you have?

          Check your voltages the 255 family are prone to bad lvps and bad lvps to power distribution wiring loom. Asso remove SIP EPC memory and try one at a time. Also check LED flashing sequence on SIP PWB and IOT.
          <LI style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" class=MsoNormal>If CR7 or CR1 blinks one second on / one second off, followed by 3 short flashes, then one of the EPC PWBs is defective. Replace the EPC PWB PL 3.10/3,20. <LI style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" class=MsoNormal>If CR7 or CR1 flashes at a cadence of almost twice per second the IP PWB is running normally. With all Interlocks closed the 5 power LEDs located in the upper left area of the IOT PWB should all be lit as shown below. If they are not all lit, go to the 01H Short Circuit and Overload RAP. If they are all lit, check the IOT Run Lights CR27, 28 and 29, to ensure that they are flashing. If CR27 is flashing but CR28 is off and 29 is on solid, po
