Scanner harness wires are so tight and maybe has broken... The only way i know is replace the whole scanner...so expensive

I bought a Firmware from you for a CS-1820

I checked the service manual and gave a list of the files and folders that I should put on the Compact Card. You have every one of the files except for the folders. The two folders are

NANDinstall and NORinstall

do you have that?

cause it said on the service manual that it would not work with out all of those files and folders.

The only way to fix it is too replace the scanner assembly ....its a internal board problem that is not parted out.....i have changed lots some more than once!

Had one last week for same.

Had to replace the scanner assembly in the end.
