    7132 Second bias transfer roll smart kit

    Customer has a 7132 which needs a Second bias transfer roll smart kit, we dont do Xerox anyone tell me a part number or any info about changing it please

    it would be most helpful please

    sorry if it is something simple but hands up i know nothing about Xerox kit

    You can reset it. Read on the copier display.

            You just reset them and let it run to fail. We do this all the time and have had 0 problems. You just access it on the screen with having to go into tools or diagnostics.

              Yes, you can reset 2-3 times with no problems. fuser: 1-2 times (until you have duplex problems - jam). cleaner belt 2-3 times (use a vacum to clean, watch the white powder coating on the blade!)
