Rip EXP5000 and EX2000d Errors for Xerox 2045 5252

Hi There,

I got 2 rips and both won't booting.

Errors are:

EXP5000
05.04.22

EX2000d
04.07.93


What this code means? How is possible fix it?
I got CD for ex2000d. But nothing come when i put it in. CD from exp5000 unfortunately lost

If you want to reinstall Fiery software, power on Fiery while holding 4-th button for a while. Then follow instructions...

is it 4-th button from the top? Will it work's for both rips?

nothing happend. Same error code on the screen(05.04.22). I've tried EXP5000.

Is it logical board failed?

that is not error code.
first try to reload system software.
if you have system software cd`s and could not reload system software then check main board.

our system cd probably lost. Where i can get it? Will duplicate working?
