    Xerox C3545 Hard drive Help.

I hope someone can help us with our dilemma, we purchased a used Xerox C3545, which was sold to us as fully functional. But what was never mentioned is that the system was missing the hard drive. It was taking out by a previuos owner due to privacy concerns.

Now when you start the system it says it can`t initialize network controller (features like scan to email and others do not work), so my guess is we need a new hard drive.

Can please anyone point me in a right direction. Thank you in advance.

It is more complicated. There are a cage in rear down of machine. Remove the cover of cage and make a photo of the interior of a cage. How many harddisk are in the cage ? This cage is the controller and the heart of the machine.
    Where are you from ?

How many PCI slots are free on the motherboard ?
I think you have a fully configurated network controller so you need both hdd's

Need SCSI HDD for image HDD and IDE HDD for network controller HDD, also will need XEROX PWS and ALTBOOT software for wcp3545 to load system software on network controller HDD.

S2xPWB is also present. Many problems with CCM NVM PWB and SOK's on this configuration So you need to be very careffuly which version of upload software.

Hi guys, good morning. I tried adding photos, but I think moderator needs to approve them because messages are not appearing for some reason here.
