Xerox ex2101 error: 003-319

Hey all,

Getting a 003-319 error which tells me its a video driver detection failure. What the heck is this?

Story: Customer moved to a new location and needed to setup their old copiers. All accessories connected and then plug into power and i get the error above.

Any ideas?

Some additional: I have the NT system booting but 1/2 the time I still get the 3-319, the other half of the time the copy interface comes up but just says there is "a system fault has occured" and to power off and wait then restart. A few other times after NT loads completely the Xerox copy software loads and just says "please wait"

There has to be someone out here that know a bit about this system on Xerox...?
