Manual says printhead cable may be unplugged, check cable and replace printhead and or electronics module (never seen electronics module give this error.)

If it were me I would do the following:
A: Unplug Gray computer cable from printhead and reinstall.
B: Unseat white ziff cable and reseat.
C: Replace printhead (usually the problem)
