[Misc] WorkCentre 7425: a new yellow toner saw empty

Someone know what I can check for resolve a problem with one new toner yellow (original from Xerox with PagePack) inserted in a WorkCentre 7425 that presents on display "Yellow toner empty: insert a new toner"?
Yesterday I removed and inserted the toner two times, and the machine was OK. But today it presents the same problem.
