Anybody out there give me anu help on this unit? It is a wide format unit and I know very little about it. We service Ricoh, KIP and Mita but not this one. Problem is it is printing light on the outer edges of the prints. we know the drum is scratched and printing lines but not sure of the light copies since I was told it does not have a charge corona. Also, is it a dual or mono machine? I know we need a manual but right now we just need to get it operating. Any help will be apreciated.

This machine have 3 BCR.
So maybe one of BCR is damaged.Charging-OD4-insert.jpg -
clear the BCR, but the problem is maybe in the developer housing, the magnetic roll or the metering blade. When you replace the mag roll change the metering blade too. Look on the mag roll is there a uniform toner surface.Comment
