Hi guys,

I have just received a question from one customer that send series print job and they spool in job queue list, now there is no problem, but when he wants to delete all job he must delete jobs one by one. he wants to know if there is a way to delete all queue list.
I didn't find a way.

I think you only can delete one by one.

It would be nice if they made option "clear server". Many times when go on site to clear jam, I found full queue list. When customers see that there is no printed material they go on other machine so there's no need to print it. Then you have to delete it one by one.
