    [Electrical] Xerox 7665 "ESS missing" Need Altboot

    I'm trying to do an ESS software load thru Altboot, but when I try open the altboot application - It says "Connection fail!" Do i need to reload altboot? or what do i need?

      Just a thought - Are you using proper diagnostic tool?

                  I change on the PC com 9 to com 1 and altboot worked - reloaded ESS software and bingo!!!!
