    Hi folks,

    Can I use Diagnostic for dc 250 on dc 252 model?

    Just got a call from customer. He's saying that machine is inoperative, there is no back light on the touch screen, he only perceive data on lcd, but when connect that screen on other machine it works!

      no.

      PWS diagnostic for dc 252 can be used only for software download and for dc131 and dc351.
